Top 4 AI Powered Use Case for B2B Sales

Last week, I facilitated a workshop for 35 SMEs (small and medium enterprises) on AI-Powered B2B sales hosted by New Zealand's MBIE (Ministry of Business, Innovation and employment).


It was one of the most fun workshops I have run, and we were all mind-blown and dazed. I am not exagerating.

Everyone was amazed by their results when they started applying the use case to their business, and I was even more excited when they started sharing their insights.

And a few reminders on the use of AI:


  1. Read the Terms of Service - Check how the AI tool will use your data and your organisation's policies on AI usage.

  2. The Tools Are Only as Good as the User - Don't assume AI can do all the work. You still need your own thinking and understanding of your prospects and clients.

  3. Fact-Checking is a Must - While AI can save time, always verify information before publishing it, as AI can make mistakes.

  4. Don't Forget Your Own Voice - The best content has personality. Inject your unique style, whether AI helps or not.
